  Mortgage broker for a first time home buyer I’m looking at buying my first house. Can anyone recommend a mortgage broker for someone who has little clue about the process? Clueless enough that I found a realtor and checking out a place soon but not a mortgage broker. I have used several mortgage affordability calculators and looking at buying under what the calculators told me I can afford. Thank you!

  We moved to whitecourt from Drayton valley and used a lady, Joanne Dusterhoft from stony plain I believe. She was beyond helpful, all hours, got us excellent rates, and pulled a miracle to get us our home when 2 other brokers told us no. (1 was from whitecourt) 780-904-3519
