I also contacted FixUrCat in Venetia but it's a long process that will take a while to schedule. Outside of these the closest I've found is in the East End. My dog has been acting weird all day she won't go up or down the steps, has not eaten anything (not even human food) is not drinking and it seems like she may be in pain in her hip. Are there any loss cost vets that I can take her too or knows anyone that would do payments. My fiancé doesn't get paid until Tuesday but I don't think she can wait until then.   The Humane Society of Westmoreland County provides a “clinic” for sick animals and vaccinations. This clinic is a walk-in clinic every Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. To see the vet on Tuesday, you must be signed in by 4:00 PM. To see the vet on Saturday, you must be signed in by 11:00 AM . The Humane Society does spay/neutering every day of the week. Please call for an appointment. 724-837-3779. Payment is preferred in cash, credit card or debit card.

  Call the Humane Society of Westmoreland County.. They have Vets there Mon-Friday doing dentals. You will need to bring them in for a consultation with Vet Tech first.. About 1/3 of cost of most other Vets.. 724/837-3779.

  I dont know if this is allowed here.. but i was wondering if anyone knows any vets who will work with a payment plan. Not care credit. I was already denied for that even though i have pretty decent credit. My cat is very sick and we took her to an emergency vet and they wanted to run tests on her but we couldnt afford it today. They had her in an oxygen box and they wanted to hospitalize her. I wanted her to be hospitalized but by the time i would of had the full payment for everything, it would have racked up to thousands of dollars for her having to stay there until i could even come up with enough money. They think she might have pneumonia or cancer. But they wanted 300 for an xray which i didnt have at the moment. I paid 200 just for her to be seen and given an antibiotic. If anyone knows any vet that can help me out, i would truly appreciate the information. I dont want to lose my Precious. Thank you.

  The humane society of Westmoreland county has a low cost clinic tomorrow from 9 am-1 pm. Get there early. They offer bloodwork, X-rays and even laser therapy at a much discounted rate then most veterinary offices. Good luck!

  So tonight when I was going to pick up my girlfriend i stumbled upon a daschund (sp). well i already knew who the doggie belonged too. (our neighbor). I was running late and had to go, so i approached the lil boy he let me pick him up so i took him with me, when we got home me and my girlfriend knocked on our neighbors door. Turns out we were right it was their dog. well here he just let the dog go bc the dog "bit him" told us that if we wanted him we could keep him, bc he did not want this dog at all, was just going to let him run loose. well i always wanted one, so we agreed that we would keep him bc we could definitely give him a wonderful loving home. the poor dog hasnt been to the vet yet, and we have no clue how old he is. (our neighbor doesnt know) We would like to get him to a vet asap to get shots and so on. Does anyone know of any clinics or vets that are a little cheaper? Thanks in advance for any help.
