  Advice please? Hubby was rear ended this morning. Driver of other car is young and wants to avoid insurance so has asked us to get quote for damage. Is there anyone is BS3 who could give us an idea of how much it would cost to repair the damage caused (pic below) or whether best to go through insurers? He may think it's only going to cost a few hundred quid but in reality it could be way more as affects bumper and panel below.
