  I had shoulder surgery yesterday at the Advanced Ambulatory surgery center. Dr. Hadley of Arrowhead Orthopedics did it. While I love him, I am very disatisfied with Arrowhead Orthopedics overall. Every appointment I have had I have waited over an hour. His medical assistant is rude and dismissive. I really do not want to risk doing my physical therapy at Arrowhead facility. Does anyone have suggestions for a good physical therapist and an ortho not affiliated with Arrowhead? I have PPO insurance and can go just about anywhere. I cannot continue to deal with Arrowhead.
