  I used Larry Smith, The Eave Doctor (519-280-2978) after a recommendation on here. You have to be patient as he is busy but he will return phone calls. He did a great job cleaning my eaves recently and did not have to do the repairs I thought I might need. Ended up being charged for only half the original quote.
