No kelly is closed out and not relocating. If you had cat/ dog food cards at Kelly's store they have been relocated to M&R pets in lloyd. You can continue using them there. Rick has a great pet store along with lots of supplies. As for someone opening another not sure. Too bad someone didn't buyit here in town when she was selling. 780 8751654 is ricks number, located behind superstore in the new buildings there.
