Mike Neeley at Carrell Clinic near NorthPark mall. He has a great membership plan if you don't have insurance - $199/year, includes 2 cleanings, all exams and xrays and 20% off any service including cosmetic. He treats chronic headaches, uses lasers, free nitrous oxide. He has a great hygienist, too. That would be me! 214-521-3148.
