You whisk pasteurised egg yolks and sugar then add vanilla whipped cream. Sometimes I add some milk to reduce the fat content or add blended whole strawberries but I normally just keep it simple. It probably depends on exactly what you mean by free range. Products marked "øko" or "økologiske" are the same as what we usually call "organic" in English. The exact definition of øko eggs is here, for example: http://www.eggsite.dk/Products/Oekologiske%20 aeg.aspx . All supermarkets have øko eggs, and the larger ones have øko meat. We had an øko chicken from Fakta last night. Tasted great but cost three times as much as the poor unfortunate factory-farmed birds :-(
