Wow! Thanks, everyone. I have Jose with The Specialist coming today or tomorrow (thank you Tanis Price!!) and once he leaves, I'll give an update on how it went. He was actually working on a SZ frig today just down the street from me. My frig is no longer under warranty so I don't have to have an "authorized" Sub Zero person. Rudy at Area Appliance was very nice but does not work on SZ. Mike at Morrison is out for a week but I already knew he would send me to West Texas App. in Abilene....and they are having some issues right now (that's putting it nicely). Next on the list is to call John Young and ATex, commercial guys. Again, thank you all for the great ideas and I will give an update soon.
