Cherokee County humane Society always has tons of small dogs. They have adoptions every Saturday at petsmart on 92 and a few other locations. They have lots of small dogs there every weekend.

Banfield Animal Hospital in the Acworth Petsmart has great prices. My puppy strained his ankle a couple weeks ago they got me in the next day. An office visit and 10 days of puppy pain pills later and I was out the door spending just under $70 bucks.

Cherokee Humane Society on Bells Ferry has low cost vaccinations sometimes. There was a sign about vaccinations in front of the Walgreens on Cherokee St at Shiloh near 75 a couple of weeks ago.

mybudgetvet.com !!! They are a Mobile, super affordable vet that does all the stuff. Rabies shot was $12, neuter a 7 m kitten was $30, ear mite treatment was $10. They were the best find! I have 4 kids, a dog & 2 cats - I totally understand what "affordable" means!
