They say, "Nothing's wrong with your car" if there's nothing wrong, and they used to have a fat gray cat named Gracie who lounged around the waiting area. I take my forester to Christian Brothers Automotive on the 75 frontage road just north of Forest. I always get good service, and if they find something up with my car they never pressure me into fixing it right away. The guy has even let me record him explaining what needs fixing so I can go call my dad and ask him about it.

Master garage auto services in Floyd circle has been good to me. Their prices are cheap too (pay with Zelle or check) When I first got here I needed my serpentine belt replaced. I called most of the shops in Floyd circle and got quotes. Only 2 gave the correct answer, which is that you can't know without checking for pulley damage first. Assuming there was none, master garage had the better price. We've used them for all repairs on both cars since (one with 215 k miles lol) and been completely satisfied. 10/10 better than my old mechanic.
