Powerwash and scrub siding first. Also there is special paint for siding at Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore Dealers like Clark Paint in W Spfld. I own TomTom Painting and have done many siding paint jobs. Would be more than happy to give you an estimate or answer any questions you may have. Typically painting siding is less expensive than painting wood shakes because the prep/scraping is not as involved. 413-244-7300. Licensed & Insured. Will provide recommendations as well.

Danielle Piascik, Dan doesn't advise painting vinyl siding. He can show you a bad example in West Splfd. Although he doesn't recommend it, Aluminum siding can be painted. Dan Thibault Construction. 786-0298 for a quote on new siding.

Independent Fence. They put up a fence for me at my last house. They were quick, reasonably priced and it looked great.

Depending on how strong you need a fence to be, I had a wire fence put up for my greyhound years ago. She's in greyhound heaven now, but fence is still fine. I can't remember exactly where I got the materials, but it's basic metal posts and some kind of, can't exactly describe it, wire. You can message me directly and come to see it if you want. Much cheaper than more "traditional" fences. I also used Independent Fence for railing for my front stairs and they are terrific!!!

Hastie is very expensive, I used them. Then got a 2 nd quote for job #2 and then a 2 nd person was about 1/2 price. Try Jon Potter Fence & Landscaping (413) 348-2168. Very reasonable, he was the 1/2 price guy (relocating some privacy fencing). Years back, I used Diamond fence to install black vinyl coated fencing around the back yard. I think the guys name is "Rick Diamond". He was good as well.
