Gotta eat right man. What you eat is 75% of maintaining, gaining or losing weight. If you wanna drop weight safely you need to make sure you are in a caloric deficit. Figure out what your calorie count is that your body needs to maintain its weight, and eat about 500-1000 calories less than that per day. 3500 calories = 1 pound of weight. If you lower your calorie intake by 3500 calories a week, youll lose a 1 a wk and so on. Mix in clean eating with cardio 3 to 5 times per wk and weightlifting and you will see your weight drop. Sounds like a lot. It is.

Honestly Lauren just walk in your neighborhood everyday as fast and long as you can ..make that commitment. ..then if you can stick with that till winter ....then get a membership some where.
