Hi Heather, this is Nancy- I understand the desire to start at home, but would urge you/your husband to consider some private instruction instead--or along with--to start out right, with a good foundation. I recommend the Kripalu gentle yoga dvd (available thru www.Kripalu.org). I offer affordable private and semi-private instruction through my studio (Blue Hen Yoga--check out the FB fan page)--either at my studio or in your home. Nice holiday gift idea!
