Dr. Nieters is also an Orthopedist if that does anything for you. He was very helpful the last time I broke my arm in a bike crash.

Ask the City Parks and Recreation Dept. There are many programs. If he is 50 years of age the Mastick Senior Center may have something. There is Tai Chi in a park in Oakland near Chinatown about sunrise. The Alameda Adult School may have something. There may be information online of doing yoga.
