I started out at the veranda and then got tired of waiting 2 hours every time I went in. They have too many patients and I just felt like another number. Dr Payne really takes the time to listen to you and get to know you

Not saying Dr. Talley isn't good.. I lost a baby after being told that the baby was ok. I went in with a miscarriage, the baby's heartbeat looked good. He gave me like a 95% chance of having a healthy baby. Lost it..Then he wanted to charge me an extra charge for going to Phoebe when I miscarried in the middle of the night. I don't recommend him, personally.

We use Albany Pediatrics as well. Kyle sees Dr. Holwerda, but I think he is full. We have been treated by every doctor in the practice, and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Calabro. She is awesome with Kyle and me. Very patient and knowledgeable. All the doctors there, they have 4, are very good about calling in any referral you may need. I also like that if they don't know something they admit it, and refer you to a specialist. They don't just try to fix a problem to see if they can (like some of my own doctors do). Another bonus is they have weekend hours.

I am Kyle's Nana and had to take him to the Doc when Tina was recovering from surgery. I was so surprised at the kindness of Dr. Holwerda, he took time with us, did not act like we were a number, and he wanted to hurry us out like must of the docs in Albany do. The whole office was nice. Guess they knew I needed all the help I could get.

We have used Dr Neal since she was over at East Albany and now she is at south Albany. She is wonderful. The kids actually ask when they get to go see her again because they love her so much. She never overmedicates but is very thorough. She is awesome and caring.
