[Kings Avenue Tatoo](http://www.kingsavenuetattoo.com/) in an incredible shop with multiple artists who all have their own unique style. Pay is by the hour. The inside of the shop is all hardwood, well lit, clean, well decorated, and overall incredibly classy. Tattoos are worked on in individual rooms as well. The owner is an incredibly nice guy and will happily sit and talk with you if he's free.
I can speak personally about Justin Weatherholtz's work, as he did a piece for my and a friend. Both of our pieces came out great and the shading he did was phenomenal. [Here's mine](https://scontent-a-iad.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/t1.0-9/180519_10150113682427528_6343832_n.jpg), a self drawn piece- and [my friend's](https://scontent-a-iad.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash2/t1.0-9/185950_10150113682422528_2108848_n.jpg) which was done based off a photograph we brought. (excuse the washed out picture from the flash) later in the day we got them. Both are located on our ankles. Great work, and i plan on going back to him in the future.
