Daycare? As with my other posts, my wife and I are moving to ABQ in March with our 3 year old son. Can anyone recommend a good daycare?

Sweethearts at lomas and Carlisle is amazing. It looks like a little hole in the wall one room day care but Joan who runs it is great. Typically a waiting list so call and get on it. Serendipity is also very good. My son starts at Escuela del Sol (Montessori) preschool in the fall.

We had great experience at Springstone Montessori school. There are 3 around town, one near the airport, one in the far NE, and one on the west side.

A Child's Garden has a great reputation. UNM is amazing, but you have to affiliated with the school somehow.

A lot would depend on where you are living and the route you take to work. There's enough daycares that you should be able to find a convenient one close to home or work. We use Kids Castle on Lomas near Tramway for our 3 year old, it's a great facility (great pool, playground), very secure, fantastic staff. Certainly visit half a dozen or so before deciding.

Stay far far FAR away from [Eastern Child Development Center](http://www.kob.com/article/stories/s3920913.shtml#.VqUPgyorKhc) Place should be closed. Read the Google and Yelp reviews on that place too. Stay away.

Depends on where you live and what you need with respect to drop off and pickup times. But up in the Lomas+Constitution area we've pretty happy with the prices and experience at Children's Promise Center. La Luz is also supposed to be excellent but it's also expensive.
