Bread & Circus on Fountain St has the best lunches around. The bakery in the same building does awesome treats!

20 minutes from everywhere CBD, beach, parks, near train station, many bus routes and car share Goget is around the area. Plenty of places to eat nearby, Coles & Aldi in waterloo for groceries & saturday market in Victoria Park. Pop in for a cup of tea when you move up:)
