Adam Dennisuk!:-). Seriously, Dave Kostelnik of Kostelnik Roofing in Wyandotte. I don't think he has retired yet bet he is very good. We went to high school with him. He did the roof at the house on Moran, our current house and Grant's house. He knows his stuff.

Drywall and paint I can show arron and help, I did a lot of our remodel stuff to our new house. Even though it was new moving in we changed a lot. I have most of the tools also if needed. Roofing Chris Lemay is by far cheapest and did 2 of my Neighbors by my old house and both were very satisfied. Only thing with Chris is he has to do it on the weekend.
