Can anyone recommend a good allergist in the area? After last night, we need to see one again.

I went to Dr. DiConcetto behind the wegmans off of 512. I was very happy going there. I stopped when I had to leave DNB for student teaching & just haven't gone back since getting benefits again - but I would!

Anyone know of a good allergist in the area...prefer pediatric, but doesn't have to be as long as they see children. Thanks

I asked in another group where I know there are some with severe allergies and I got this: < Center for Allergy over on Cetronia in Allentown. They are a group. We see Kathleen. http://centerforallergy.com/ >
Angela F. replied:
Dr. Bhagatt on east brown st has seen my infant son before but he's not specifically a pediatric allergist. I also have been to Allentown allergy and there is a practice with like 3 pediatric alllergists. It was really far but I feel the care there was much better. Since they were trained to deal with children specifically. Dr Bhagat always seemed annoyed at my son for making any noise during the appointment
Tara K. replied:
My son and I both see Dr. Zemble, he is with Allentown Asthma and Allergy. Far drive but worth it! We have been going there for 3.5 years now.
Tara K. replied:
Sarah Glenn we do not use meds unless extremely necessary. We actually have been using Colloidal Silver every single day and it seems to be helping. It's homemade by a family member and pure. I spoke with a naturopath about my son Kai because he has very severe food allergies and we now use supplements to help him. Digestive enzymes, probiotics, liquid vitamins, fish oils etc.... It could take a long time to heal his gut but we are trying. We only use meds in emergency situations
Sarah G. replied:
Agreed Tara. Unfortunately the supplements including colloidal silver alone didn't work anymore. He has what's labeled "silent deadly asthma" and has been hospitalized 3 times plus surgery twice for asthma/sinus and brain infection. He's 19 now and for a good portion of his teen years he wouldn't stay consistent with supplements or meds. Now he's more serious. Seeking his own way with naturopathy etc. Chiropractic care has been a huge help since he's 8 months old. I know you understand! Wish I could have kept lactating for him lol!!
Luciana B. replied:
1) check NAET allergy treatment. Natural, no drugs administered, energy based system. There is a chiropractor using it in Emmaus, pm and will give you the name 2) DR. CINELLI, Alternative health, not the MD Cinelli. They are in the same building in Bangor. Frank Cinelli also does test with energy machines and treat them energetically. He helped a lot of people. If you tend to natural ways, these are the two I know
