I've been through three and I was running laps around all of them. That was the most therapeutic part: not discrediting my experience. Or the healing power of the love that Jesus offers. Between those two, I don't go to therapists anymore. Diagnosed bipolar disorder with psychotic features, prescribed Invega (which I don't take), was unemployed for 2 years, and now doing quite well. Jesus was the primary and largest source of the healing though.
