We are with Allstate and received emails over a year ago stating that most rates would go up this year. It went into some detail and encouraged us to call and discuss our concerns and ways to lower our costs. I'm disappointed that your company didn't do something like this. Please call Pam or Renee at Allstate in Cumming. They are great and know their business well. We've been bracing for the increase, but haven't seen it yet. Well, I had a similar situation where I need to get my Cayenne fixed, and got the refer to go to Jim Ellis's collision center. However, it took them almost 2 months, and the car wasn't even fixed right. I had to spent money out of my own to get parts and fix myself. That's definitely not a place I would recommend any Porsche owners. I know Performance Auto Collision deal with many Porsche fixes there.

Performance http://www.bodyshopatl.com is one of the best Porsche certified body shops in ATL. They are who Hennessey uses, they did a dog hit on my 2011 cab, it looked better after repair than it did new.Who is your insurance company? Normally the insurance company and body shops work well together.
