We buy this powder called demon from Ace Hardware in Longwood. You have to mix it yourself in a professional pump sprayer. We spray once a month and I have literally seen bugs cross the spray line even 2 to 3 weeks after we've sprayed and they die almost immediately.

We had same issue. Got lucky and my grandmas pray person recommended stuff you can buy at Home Depot/lowes. And so far it's worked

Lowes and Home Depot carries a white powder poison that kills quick and takes out the whole colony. No need to pay anyone.
