Orlando Pest Control's owner, Shannon, came out and did a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable and is coming back to treat our issue, which turns out is carpenter ants. They will be able to treat the issue without indoor pesticides or opening up any of our walls. They are coming back next week and also will be doing a two-hour termite inspection for a termite bond. He was wonderful and the price was very reasonable, much more so than the quote I received from a well known competitor. Thank you for the referral Kay Stelling!
