Ladies: do you have an OBGYN around the area that you like? Please share, thanks!
Amanda S. replied:
Doctor Clark or Doctor Young at central Utah clinic. They have an office by ridley's or their main office in Pleasant Grove.
Douglas J. replied:
Dr Smith in Saratoga I heard he had some openings
Kim B. replied:
I haven't been to one since I had my hysterectomy - but I loved Dr. Ryan Jones. He was very personable and truly listened to me and my concerns.
Jilla C. replied:
Valley OB
Jessica P. replied:
Dr. Steven Berry in Orem! Best doctor I've ever had, hands down. He is a general physician, OBGYN, and a Pediatrician. So he is our family doctor for everything. When I had problems during my pregnancy, he was right on top of the issues. He is hilarious and has fantastic bedside manner.
Melinda T. replied:
Dr. Saunders by AF hospital. He is pretty awesome.
Sara F. replied:
I really like Dr Watabe next to AF hospital.
Arianne W. replied:
Dr Clark at Central Utah Clinic (by Ridley's) is good.
Any recommendations for a great Obstetrician in the Lehi/ American Fork area?
Candra P. replied:
Hey Jenn, we are in AF. I too go to Dr. Ryan Jones at the Legacy OB/GYN clinic near the AF Hospital: (801) 855-2980.
Nycole C. replied:
I see Ollerton and Bean at Valley OB. Bean delivered Lucy! They are really good..
Lisa J. replied:
Scott Peterson at wasatch medical. He is in Orem but he is awesome.

Dr Judd is not too fat and worth the trip:)
Sharon B. replied:
From a nurse in nicu at the hospital, Ollerton with Valley OB, or the Legacy Group. Good luck and congratulations!!
Sharon B. replied:
And Happy Happy Birthday!
Becci S. replied:
I see the docs at Valley Ob (Melendez and Bean are probably my favorites). Their office is right by the AF hospital.
Natalie D. replied:
I started going to the Valley OB group in AF before we moved to Alaska, and I really liked them too. I had Doctor Bean and he was great. He told us that we had a 1 in 5 chance of having a Chinese baby because 20% of all babies born now are from China!
Looking for recommendations for OB/GYN & midwife practices for hospital births *prefer in northern Utah county or southern SL county. Take high-risk moms, are natural,...
BreeAnn M. replied:
Well, all but the rotating/being on call. Central Utah Women's clinic in Pleasant Grove is pretty good for all of those other things. There are usually 4-5 CNMs that cycle through, and 2-3 OB/GYNs.
Carli L. replied:
Is Provo considered north Utah county? I don't know--but Shelley Savage is amazing and fits all of the criteria except I'm not sure about high-risk. Worth a call to find out!
Sara W. replied:
I've heard good things about Shelly Savage! Sadly, she is only delivering at UVRMC from here in out and I forgot to put that as one of the stipulations. No UVRMC.
Kimberly K. replied:
My friend Megan Phillips Capps is an awesome Doula and she can provide you with many resources in that area.
