Hi Sarah, first and foremost, what a wonderful initiative! Kudos to your efforts. Second, I am not sure if you are familiar, but Church of the Open Door does a similar initiative for students throughout the Lorain County area. Shawn Simmons, yes, thank you! I did know that Open Door did one though I thought they targeted Elyria school students but maybe they have opened it up to all Lorain County??? My church, Fresh Winds, also does one but targets Lorain and Vermillion students. I would love to coordinate with any church in the future but main target is Amherst Schools because I work for the school district and saw the need. Thanks for the suggestion!!!

Sarah Obee Yoder, The Amherst Service Unit of Girl Scouts is doing a Dive-In Movie back to school event on August 16 th. We could incorporate a school supply drive. Do you have a flyer or anything created?
