Stay far away from Answer heating and cooling(lorain). They installed a new furnace and central air at my grandma's (now my house). Their work was subpar, install was a joke, contracted to install new wall grates and never did, contracted to install new thermostat and never did. Furnace was of the lowest quality, so was the condenser. TRUE CON ARTIST.

We had Fraley and Fox in Amherst redo our master bath and our second bath. I don't know if they are the cheapest but they are one of the best contractors around.

Tom Rose, independent contractor who does beautiful work. He did our basement just the way we wanted it. It's all in a 60's theme with a Corvette touch. It's georgous and we get many compliments. After ours he did several of our relatives, from bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. He is very reasonable and has great ideas. We were very satisfied. He lives in S. Amherst, 440-986-2024. He's busy but it's worth the wait as no one beat his price for what we had done.
