You don't need any attorney to answer your questions about registration. They can all be found online if you google carefully. Check this link please: http://www.access-nl.org/living-in-the-netherlands/moving/registering-with-your-local-municipality.aspx If your country of origin is any EU country, you don't need to register immediately and these procedures are really easy to follow. However, you're required to register within 4 months. If you live here for a longer period of time, not registering within a local municipality can earn you a fine. Once somebody has been here for longer than 4 months, the reason of your stay doesn't matter. You have to legally register yourself.

Any experts here in Dutch tenancy agreements? Doesn't need to be a professional but just someone who can read Dutch and has experience with Dutch renting for many years?...
Nicole T. replied:
Hi, I'm a Dutch lawyer and i can help you with your tenancy agreement. My usual fee is 250 euros per hour, but I am happy to reduce my fee to 100 euros. Have a look at my website if you want www.tienlegal-global.com. Otherwise, good luck with your move! Cheers!

Go to Juridish Locket. They give u free advice, and if a lawyer is necessary, the honoraries are very symbolic.
