I just started Ju Jitsu with Martina Lucchesi and it is just great. it is fun, it is good training, and I just feel like I am in kindergarten again. She knows a lot about getting a better condition, the other pupils are nice and all ages. I don't know if martial arts are your thing, I love it after years looking for a nice dojo to train, most placese I tried before are too full of testosteron for me. https://www.facebook.com/thedojo84/?fref=ts

Rise & Shine Yoga Hilversum was great when I went. You could try it if you don't mind a fifteen minute trainride.
