We actually had the same thing happen on one of our cars. Our mechanic disconnected the battery terminals and rubbed the terminals together and reconnected them and the window rolled up. Worth a try. If that doesn’t work call Zap Automotive, reasonable and do great work. Good luck! http://zapprolube.com/

You can buy screens at Home Depot or Lowes or you can buy a kit to repair them. It's not really hard. Look for instructions online.
