Obstetricians/Gynecologists (OBGYN) in Anchorage, AK

Latouche (Dr. Brand) for the kids. I drive into town for my OBGYN - Denali OBGYN near Providence.

I go to latouche pediatrics for the kids and we use Dr. McArthur - she sees kids up to 21, I also recommend Denali OB/GYN I used Dr. Elam there but there was a male doctor there I couldn't stand but can't remember his name

I go to Dr. Wiggins at Alaska Women's Health Center in Providence. And my kids go to Dr. Elliot at Anchorage Pediatrics in Providence. Both amazing doctors!

I wasn't impressed with Dr. Elam, I see Dr. Adams(Very tall male) He is actually the founder of the office. He delivered my baby and has been wonderful since.

LaTouche Pediatrics Dr. Brand and Dr. Yeager are great! I don't allow female doctors so I'm no help there. As for an OBGYN, I just transfered to a new one so I'm still learning that place so I'm not willing to recommend any just yet Good luck!

I use Dr. Rhene Merkouris office for OBGYN, and Dr. Monica Gaupp as kid dr:)

Dr Gaupp is a great pediatrician and Dr Richard Kilby in the Regional medical plaza is THE best OBGYN!

No way!!! Trust me on this!! Dr Linda Wrigley of Alaska OBgyn associates at Providence. Her phone number is 569-8810.

Dr. Kenneth Morhain, he's located in Anchorage. He delivered my first son. Extremely experienced and has excellent bed side manner.

I agree with Kristine Dr Morhain is amazing he is my doctor as well.

Denali OBGYN in anchorage been going there for years!

We own a house in Fountain. You might also consider Colorado Springs around Powers Blvd/Stetson Hills area. I delivered my first son on Carson and switched to tricare standard for my second. I delivered at st Francis and my OB is Dr Baiza at academy women's healthcare. Highly recommend him. Several of my friends went to him after me and are having a wonderful experience. Good luck!

Just a little advice. If you are use to living with ac, many off post houses do not have ac. Just something to keep in mind. We lived in security/wifefield. Its the next community from fountain. Nice area. Fountain has good school though. Usajobs.com is a great place to start looking for jobs here as well. Good luck with your move!

Colorado Springs is amazing, we've been stationed here 5 years and it's by far, my favorite duty station! I'm a realtor here in CO Springs, I can tell you that the rental market is crazy competetive! Good homes go very fast and I would recommend waiting until closer to your arrival to start looking. Often times rental homes are taken before they even hit the market. A lot of people opt to buy because of that reason. There are alot of military in the Fountain area, and the Powers corridor (where Heather lives) because both areas are convenient to Ft Carson and Peterson AFB. This is a great military community, most hospitals and Dr's off post take Tricare and I've had great experiences with Evans Army Community Hospital (but I haven't delivered any babies there). I live in a development called Painted Sky at Waterview, and there are alot of people that are stationed at Fort Carson that live here. There are always houses for rent or for sale here.... Feel free to message me, My husband isn't army but can help you out.

If you were able to go the the ANMC I would totally recommend Dr. Castle or Dr. Hansen. I think you'd really like Dr. Hansen

I look into these. And Katelyn Spann isn't clapper kind of an oxymoron. It's like an orthodontist being Dr. dekay lol sorry could resist.

My doctor is Dr. Pearman. A lot of people love Dr. Amsterdam but I think she's really hard to see because of that reason. I'm just not that picky.

Mara Galvin is really popular there also. My S.I.L. went to her.

I see Dr. Angell at Rockhill Women's Care. She is newer. She delivered Sawyer and did such a fantastic job!

I see Dr. Rebecca Graham, she has her own practice at St. Jo. I even work there randomly, love her little staff.

Rockhill women's care at saint lukes. I have dr Vandenboom and he is amazing! He was my dr for all my ob appointments. Dr Amsterdam was the dr who delivered Lillie and she did an awesome job. She's like the girl version of dr Vandenboom lol.
