I've had 2 spine surgeries and 3 other orthopedic surgeries. I highly recommend Chugach Physical Therapy. It's on the corner of Lake Otis & Northern Lights, Charter College is right behind them. On another note are you registered anywhere for the baby?

I've gone to the folks at United Physical Therapy for running-related injuries, and they've been fantastic. I've seen Alec Kay (and a friend also saw him for a back injury) and Bryan Templeman there, but I've heard everyone on staff is pretty terrific.
