I think it would help to know what your total budget is and how much hourly coverage you would need before giving out estimates. Not every wedding goes right or for the same amount of time. I can offer hourly coverage for your needs at $200/HR. If you just need the ceremony and formal portraits, it should be no more than 2 hours. I've done a number of weddings, engagements, events, etc. before and have a good amount of experience. What you described I would charge as an event which is $150 per hour.
