Southern Expressions, awesome at what they did with mine and extremely cheap. Since it's Moncks Corner and not Charleston or Summerville their prices are lower than most of the other ones like Blu Gorilla, Ivory Tiger Tattoo or Rockstar Tattoo studio. The place may seem shady but it is not. Friendly people, you get ink nice and not twice. Highly recommend based on experience.
