Evening Robert. The procession starts at 4 and gets to Bridge Street at some point after that! It entirely depend how quickly people walk, so we can't tell I'm afraid. I'm not aware of a free bus service. If there has been one in the past then it isn't down to us. Sorry, I can't help on that one
