Tyres cannot go wrong with Micheldever Tyres, they have proper wheel balancing equipment unlike some places in Andover, if you can't travel far then I've had good experiences with Bathwick tyres down by the train station. Give Mr Tyres a call, they have a special tool to take off broken wheel nuts, they did all 4 of mine when I lost the locking nut tool.
