Its not strictly correct about birth certificates. It depends why you are changing your name. If it's part of gender transformation, you can at the end of the process, apply for a Gender Recognition Certificate. Once granted you can apply to have the entry in the register altered to reflect your new gender and name. No not changing a birth certificate. When you first register a baby would you use your birth name or the name you've changed to. Not changing a birth certificate. So lets say i was born Rachael Smith but change my name to Samantha Taylor then had a baby would i register the baby as mother being Rachael Smith or Samantha Taylor

I've liked all of them tbh, Dr Stone is lovely I've seen him a couple of times recently. Dr Ferris has been great with my child.

Dr Thomas or Dr pawley are brilliant at shepherds spring

Dr Hoole gives the impression he is bored and doesn't care. Ask for Doctor Pawley. She is really nice.

Dr Hoole is rude and arrogant behind his big important desk ... Dr Thomas is lovely ;)

Dr pawley and Dr Thomas are really nice can't stand Dr hall find him always grumpy and soon as u walk in his door he is quick enough to get u outx

Dr Hoole does not have good patient care. Rude, doesn't listen, rushes you out of the door. I refuse to see him now. All other doctors there have been lovely.

Dr Thomas and Dr Pawley are lovely Dr Hoole is arrogant and doesn't give a rat about you!

Dr pawley and Dr Thomas are amazing Dr Hoole I refuse to see i would prefer to suffer than see that man.He's rude and patronising

Dr Hoole acts like he doesn't want to be there and you're an inconvenience. From my experience anyway. Drs Thomas, Pawley and Beanlands are lovely! Also the receptionists are lovely which is a first for all the surgeries I've been at!

I'd also say Dr Thomas. She's wonderful

If he's the guy with the ridiculously big desk in his office I would not recommend at all! Charlton Hill surgery is lovely!

He's horrible!!!! Massively mis-diagnosed my mum! And it's just generally rude and gives the impression he doesn't care. Dr Thomas or Dr Galbraith are lively and very professional

I have Dr. Thomas at Shepherds Spring and she is super.

I've only ever had one problem with one doctor at Andover Health Centre. (For me & my children) I'm sure most of Andover know who he is, other than that I've found them all to be good with children. Dr Allen in particular.

St mary's especially Dr Pritchard and Dr Laitham. Both fantastic with kids and very sympathetic to scared parents. (Both have young children themselves). Hope you find someone you can trust. X

Dr Allen at Andover health centre is who my baby is under as she used to be a paediatrician

I like Dr Ford he’s wonderful he says it like it is good doctor

I'm with Dr Hazard at Charlton Hill and she's amazing, Dr Ford has always been good when I've seen him

St Marys is the best!

Ive been with Dr Ford for over 15 years. Hes a very good doctor and my son wont see anyone else at the surgery

I would totally recommend Dr Connelly at Charlton Hill. I went to 5 other doctors over a 2 year period and remained undiagnosed until I saw him. He is amazing

Charlton Hill is a great surgery. I have seen Dr Ford a few times and found his stance is 1970's medicine. My regular GP Dr Hazard thinks outside the box and checks everything thoroughly. Unfortunately she only works a few days per week but it is worth waiting to see her.

Love charlton hill surgery they have been amazing with my family Dr Ford not my favourite but he does his job most of them very very good there i highly recommend them.

Dr Martin at St Marys surgery in town is amazing she always listens to me and helps out when she can love her wouldn't go anywhere else personally but defo stay away from adelaide medical center they are all useless in there

Dr Gorvin at Charlton Hill, male not sure from your post if you only want a female doctor, he always has time to discuss your problems.

Shepherds Spring Surgery are fantastic. Moved their after two separate incidents at the Health Centre (at the Hosp) with my children and poor advice / receptionist who thought she knew better than a doctor and blocked me making an emergency appointment (which resulted in daughter in hospital!) can't recommend the one I'm with now highly enough - helpful ladies on the desk / phone and fab level of patient attention and understanding!

If you still have some of the food left, refrigerate and contact Env Health.

I've never had a problem with the Bhuddha and have been loads! Went to Andover Tandoori lastnight and it was delish!
