I think all the Shepherds Spring doctors are good Dr Pawley there diagnosed me originally then referred me to a specialist at Winchester hospital.
Mel B. replied:
Andover health centre by the hospital. I have lupus and they have been brilliant with me.... Gemma Stitch Turnbull perhaps you can help with the hyper mobility x
Emma J. replied:
Hi, along with many who've commented I go to Shepherds Spring with either Dr Gailbraith, Dr Thomas or Dr Pawley usually for my Fibro. However, Fibromyalgia is a complex condition as I am sure you know and asking for a referral to a Rheumatologist or Pain Clinic (if you haven't already seen them) might be an idea. Also please feel welcome to join the Andover Group as chatting to others about their medications, coping strategies and complementary therapies may help. Those with Hypermobility I think Arthritis Research UK have information booklets i believe, which may be of interest.
Emma J. replied:
For all in the UK living with Fibromyalgia, please see www.fibroaction.org for up to date, evidence based information about Fibromyalgia. Follow on Twitter@fibroaction , see their FB page and join their HealthUnlocked community forum if you would like to chat to others with Fibro.
