Probably been asked before but can anyone recommend a small friendly yoga or Pilates class for a beginner, not the leisure centre. Evenings or weekends...

I have my own studio in Ludgershall. Yoga styles vary hugely, so it does depend on the type of practice you are looking for. If you are looking for a secular (no chanting!) and welcoming class focusing on general flexibility, range of motion and relaxation, you'd most likely enjoy our classes! www.wellbeingtidworth.com

Highly recommend Zoe Goodyear!

Thank you Morwenna Bennett. Have a look at www.andoverpilates.co.uk . We run 17 small, friendly Physiotherapy led Pilates classes (max 9 per session) throughout the week. We run evening classes too. Classes range from very low level/ chair based to intermediates, Swiss ball only, post natal Pilates (with babies) and classes for those only able to manage 30 minutes. We have our own mirrored studio at Kenyons Yard off Weyhill Road. Email me at helen@andoverpilates.co.uk if you'd like further info.
Zoe G. replied:
Yes I teach plenty of yoga classes evenings and weekends that are suitable for beginners! Tues 6.30-7.30 pm at AFS Crossfit. Fri 6.30-7.30 pm at AFS Crossfit. Sunday 10.10-11.10 at Fevo. I do teach yoga at Progression Fitness also but that class is for advanced students. There's a few other classes for more experienced students also so plenty of opportunity to progress. Full schedule and pricing is on my website www.ZoeGoodyearYoga.com
