Very odd, ordered mine 10 days ago, got it yesterday from gearbest, with extras! Although the extras did come in separate Jiffy bag. I'm in the uk, ordered from the.com site in America? It was Procter from somewhere in Europe, but inside the paper wrapping that the printer box from China.

Got mine from Gear Best, and know two other people who did same. All 3 arrived within 3 weeks of ordering. No additional charges. Strange why they asked you for more money, but I would say it's not normal. I think I would have done same.

Super Glue is the ideal bonding agent for Acrylic. The acetone that that keeps the glue fluid also slightly dissolves the acrylic and produces a seam that is stronger than the original piece. I just tested using the liquid super glue (not the gel) on some extra pieces of acrylic and the glue only added .02 - .2 mm of extra thickness.
