He's not in Taos, but Dr. Strider McCash at Angel Fire Family Dentistry is absolutly fantastic & accepts most insurance. Both my daughter & i have a phobia to the dentist & he and his staff made it super easy for us. He does superb work & although he c ame highly recommended, we didn't have to wait long for an appointment. He is well worth the trip! His number is 575-377-1383. El Centro Family Health has dentists in Penasco. They take insurance and can use a sliding scale for non insured.

no dentists in taos take medicaid. ive been dealing with this for years. Try Strider McCash in Angelfire or Family Dentistry in Espanola.

El Rito Dental is a bit of a drive but fantastic and takes sliding scale and medicaid. Dr. Trujillo there is wonderful and kind. He also has an office in Santa Fe but that office does not do any discounted dental as far as I understand.
