Kathy you mean Bill Timm on Sycamore. We didn't use Don. Bill was the one who always came to the house. He has always called me back right away. I left 2 messages 2 weeks ago and he never returned my call. Not like him at all.

Came home yesterday to my house of 4 months and no heat. Didn't know what to do so picked a name out of the pennysaver and had someone here to look at it in 20 minutes....

Wish we would have called him. We called Musso Plumbing & Heat. After 10 days without heat, they wanted to charge us over $650, took the part from our furnace and would not return it. We just got the part back, thanks to the Evans police, and found it at LA Hazard for $12. Never, ever call Musso in Hamburg.

I've talked with several friends over the years and have heard nothing but good about Dons and Rex. No silly negative remarks about each other. Says a lot about their character. I do lean towards Rex because other contractors have had nothing but good to say about him. I do have a memory from years ago when my kids were very young. It was Easter Sunday and a very cold one, our furnace was out, If my memory is correct I believe it was Don's heating. He came right over and fixed the furnace and No Charge. Has Dons been in business that long? It was about 40 years ago.
We are looking to get our air conditioner inspected before we use it for the summer. Does anyone have any good recommendations for air conditioning service? Preferably...
I'd like to give a shout out to compliment the great service I received today from Jack, at Farnham Plumbing & Heating. It's always a bit scary when you're new in town...
