Hi, Morgan! I work at Rock Valley Physical Therapy here in Ankeny! I have been doing this for 10 years and have been with Rock Valley for the past 5. I can tell you that you will get the most wonderful care while you are here. We treat every patient as if they are our only patient. We all have a vested interest in your recovery and it starts from the minute you call our office or walk in our door, from our front office to our therapists and to our billing office. I'm not sure what you have going on, but we do offer a Free Assessment. I invite you to call and make an appointment with me and come in and meet our staff and take a look at our clinic. They can take a look at what you have going on and let you know if they can send you home with some exercises and things to work on on your own, or if you should pursue an appointment with your family physician or a specialist, or if they think they can take care of what you have going on with a few visits of physical therapy! Depending on your insurance, you may not need a referral from your physician. I would be more than happy to call your insurance and check your benefits for you before you start therapy, so you know what to expect. Please let me know if we can be of any help to you!
