Depends on the style you want. Taylor Made is great for most any style, excellent with cover ups has won a lot of awards. Nate at Sacred Diamond is also solid I'm a fan of his script work and classic tattoo style designs. Paul and Josh at Iron Heart are also rock solid if you want something with an old school tattoo feel.
