we used an agent the first time and it was more expensive. now i do flight and hotel on bookit.com figure out if you want adults only or kids to ve around- thats usually the best starting point. I love Dominican Republic, Secrets Royal Beach. Valentine Imperial Maya in Playa Del Carmen is great too and a bit less expensive for flights.

Just used Bookit.com going to Puerto Vallarta. Used it several times they have saving coupons all the time. Have also used United Vacations.com
