We've used care.com - had okay luck but our current sitter we pay 10$/hr. I have a 3 year old and a one year old. I think finding good care is so hard- interested in others experiences.

I have always nannied, even during the school year, and prefer enannysource.com and sittercity.com. ..rate honestly depends on multiple factors, age of kiddos, locale, and what you are wanting (nanny vs. Sitter). I would be willing to help you out but I'm not sure how close we are.
