Some commercial laundries are moving from using bleach to hydrogen peroxide, but I don't know about dry cleaners. Claim substantiation is so important--anyone can say they're green, but what does it mean? For example, Simple Green is NOT green. The EPA has a Design for the Environment program to guide manufacturers in what less-harmful ingredients to use in cleaners, and the verifies products cleaner ingredients.
