Does anyone out there have a good local business attorney they would recommend? I need to set up an LLC, but have zero experience in that area, and want to do it right...

If you really want a business attorney Tarry Lomax at Madison and Bayridge is local and good and knows where all of the skeletons lie at Duke of Gloucester, if you need to go up against big bad bankers Tate Russack at 100 Severn is your man. But like someone else said it is very simple to set up on line, and if you don't feel confident in using the states free site use mycorporation.com they do an LLC for well under 100 bucks and if you do an inc. they can even set you up with a resident agent (which can protect you if corporate trouble comes and your not the resident agent) - Don't ask

If it's nothing complex, I'd try one of the on-line places first. Their sites are helpful and the cost is right up front. My buddy used The Compny Corp and established himself in Delaware.

I can recommend my firm, Bernstein & Feldman. www.bflaw.com
