Anyone use either Luna or Empire for carpet installation? They are always having sales (which is probably their regular "deal") . Any good or bad experiences? Who...

Empire wasn't bad, just know...they bring in the really expensive stuff and have to "go back out to their car" for the affordable stuff. That being said....they installed the wrong color carpet in our townhouse, mislabeled swatches on a board. They came back the next day, ripped it up and replaced it with no problems. Customer service was really nice. Be prepared for some negotiation from the sales person, get quotes from other places so you know the price range you want to spend
